A real person prices every item. Rare and sought-after titles get priced on their actual collector value, not a chain-store algorithm.3. Post it or we'll collect. Accepted quotes over £50 get a prepaid postage label. Local to Milton Keynes, Towcester or Brackley with a larger collection? We'll come to you.4. Paid the same day it arrives. Bank transfer as soon as we've checked the items match your list. The small printHow much we'll take. Any amount. One game or a whole household, we'll quote on it.Postage and collection. On accepted quotes over £50 we cover postage and send you a prepaid label. Under £50, postage is yours. If you're local to Milton Keynes, Towcester, Brackley or Buckingham we'll usually collect for free, and drop-off can be arranged. Further afield with a larger collection? Ask us, we're flexible.Inspection. We check everything within 2 working days of arrival and send you a short report. If it all matches your list, we transfer the agreed amount the same day, once you've sent your bank details.If something doesn't match. Any differences are noted on the report with photos, along with a revised offer. You've got 7 days to accept it or ask for the items back. Returns are at your cost, or we'll recycle them free of charge, whichever you'd prefer. If we don't hear from you at all, we'll send a reminder after 7 days and a final notice after 14. After 30 days with no response we'll treat the items as abandoned and may sell or dispose of them.Quotes are valid for 7 days. We check CeX's cash price at the time of quoting, and value rarer titles independently.Counterfeits. If we believe a game or cartridge is a reproduction or otherwise unofficial copy, it will be valued at zero and won't be passed on to anyone else. We'll return them at your cost or destroy them on request.Paying you. We'll need your name and bank details to transfer the money, and we pay by bank transfer rather than cash so there's a clear record for both of us.
